Privacy Policy

Last reviewed · July 2026

This policy explains what personal data PixelLedger collects when you subscribe, sign up for the newsletter or write to us, why we hold it, and how you stay in control of it. We keep this deliberately short because we collect deliberately little.

What we collect

Through the subscription and contact forms we collect the details you type: your name, email address, phone number, the plan you chose and any message you add. The newsletter form collects only an email address. We do not ask for card numbers or payment data on this site — billing is arranged separately by invoice after you confirm.

Why we hold it

We use your details to set up your PixelLedger Pro access, send your invoice and login, answer your message, and deliver the briefing you asked for. That is the whole purpose. We do not build advertising profiles from it and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

How long we keep it

Subscription records are kept while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle invoicing, renewals and any tax or accounting obligation. Newsletter emails stay on file until you unsubscribe. A one-off message that leads nowhere is cleared during routine housekeeping.

Who can see it

Only the PixelLedger team and the service providers that make the site run — our hosting and email tools — process your data, and only to do their job. Where a provider sits outside Brazil, we rely on their standard safeguards for handling personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Under Brazil's data-protection law (LGPD) you can also object to certain processing or withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will action reasonable requests promptly. If a change to this policy affects how we use your data, we will post the updated version here with a new review date.
